Mediation Sessions
We offer half-day morning and afternoon sessions. We also offer full-day sessions from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Morning sessions are held from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Afternoon sessions are held from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Full-day sessions typically start at 10 a.m. There is no time limit on a full day session.
If you need to adjust the start time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Just give us a call or send an email telling us what you need.
Fee Schedule - All Mediators
Half-Day Sessions (Four hours) - Half-day reservations are billed at a flat fee of $750 per party
Full-Day Sessions (The mediator is reserved from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) - Full-day reservations are billed at $190 per party/per hour with a five-hour minimum charge
Other Fees
Cancellation Fees
Where a mediation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, 50% of the minimum cost of the entire mediation will be billed to the party responsible for the cancellation.
Facility Fees
For Zoom mediations there are no additional fees. For in-person mediations held on-site at Ziegler Mediation’s offices, a facility fee of $185 (half-day reservation) or $215 (full-day reservation) per party is applied.
