Mediation Sessions

• We offer half-day morning and afternoon sessions. We also offer full-day sessions from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Morning sessions are held from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Afternoon sessions are held from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

• Full-day sessions typically start at 10 a.m. There is no time limit on a full day session.

• If you need to adjust the start time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Just give us a call or send an email telling us what you need.

  • HALF- DAY Sessions (Four hours)

    • Half-day sessions - 2 party case - $750 per party - flat fee.

    • Half-day sessions - 3 party case - $700 per party - flat fee.

    • Half-day sessions - 4+ party case - $650 per party - flat fee.

  • FULL-DAY Sessions (The mediator is reserved from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

    • Full-day sessions - 2 party case - $950 per-party flat fee for the first five hours. (Thereafter $188.00/hour/party)

    • Full-day sessions - 3 party case - $875.00 per-party flat fee for the first five hours. (Thereafter, $175.00/hour/party)

    • Full-day sessions - 4+ party case - $785.00 per-party flat fee for the first five hours. (Thereafter, $156.00/hour/party)

Facility Fees

For mediations conducted in-person at our office, there is a $185 facility fee (1/2 day cases) or $215 (full day cases) for each conference room reserved.

For ZOOM mediations and mediations held in-person at your location, there are no facility fees.
